What is MAP?
Michigan Activity Pass (MAP) is a pass that you checkout from your local library and use as a ticket at one of many Michigan state parks and cultural destinations.

Parking:
Guest parking is located at the gated lot off Atwater, west of St. Aubin Street. The cost is $5 per vehicle prior to 4 pm. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment.

July 2025: Maybury State Park
A MAP coupon is good for one day of FREE fun in this park! Allows ACCESS to one night of camping, but camping fees will still apply. Allows one vehicle to enter.
It is recommended that visitors bring two PRINTED passes when visiting a DNR venue. One pass may be presented to and collected by the park entrance attendant. The second pass should be placed on the dashboard of your vehicle, print side up, so it is visible through the windshield, in order to avoid ticketing.

A MAP coupon will get you two free admission passes for regular Sunday tours (if available). Park grounds are open year round dawn until dusk.

A MAP Coupon is good for one day of access to this park. Allows one vehicle to enter. Pass must be printed and left on dashboard in public view for the duration of your visit. Not valid for group events such as weddings and reunions. Not valid for entry to any Oakland County Parks programming.
